Apple and Grape Juice

This is one of the shortest recipe on my website. Short doesn't have to be bad though, right? This is a very refreshing and lovely drink, especially in summer. I prefer to use a juicer for this recipe but you can make do with organic grape juice and apple juice. For the healthiest version (use black grapes instead of green for the antioxidants).

This recipe is:
- Egg free
- Gluten free
- Lactose (dairy) free
- Nut free
- Vegan
Apple and Grape Juice
Serves 2 people
Ingredients
- 150 grams (5 oz) seedless grapes (any colour)
- 2 sweet apples
Preparation
- Slice the 2 apples to fit in the juicer. You don't need to peel the apples.
- Juice the apples and then the 150 grams grapes.
- Pour into a container and stir well.
- Serve with ice cubes if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Tips
- Dark skinned grapes provide the highest amount of antioxidants.
- Use any sweet apples that are in season.
- If you prefer a less sweeter taste, add half a cucumber into the juicer.
