Beet and Carrot Juice
12. May, 2009
This juice is packed with vitamins and goodness. Beets (Beetroots) contain iron, folic acid and antioxidants and carrots contain vitamin A (Beta Carotene) along with vitamins B1, B3, B6, folic acid, potassium, iron and more. Carrots also contain fibre and have positive effects on our digestive system and are of course excellent to maintain healthy eyes. The ginger and apple are also healthy wonders as you might have heard one or two times before! You can make this juice without a juicer (as long as you buy organic beet juice, carrot juice, apple juice and pear juice) and you will have to grate the ginger yourself. It will still be a delicious and healthy juice of course.
