Carrot and Celery Juice

Carrots and celery are a classic combination in the juice world and no wonder, I think it is amazing. You can also use it as a base for something more adventurous like combining it with blueberries, ginger, pears and more. Whenever I want a healthy and simple juice, I opt for this one. It is absolutely vital that you use the best carrots available because otherwise the juice might taste bitter. The celery really needs to be paired with something slightly sweet such as organic carrots. You can also add half an apple for a slightly sweeter taste if you prefer.

Since it might hard to buy celery juice from the health food store you will need a juicer to make this juice.

Carrot and Celery Juice

Serves 2 people


  • 3 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks


  1. Trim the 2 celery stalks.
  2. Peel the 3 carrots.
  3. Place the carrots in the juicer and then add the celery stalks.
  4. Pour into a container.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Serve with ice cubes if preferred.


  • If you prefer a sweeter drink, add half a sweet apple into the juicer, after the celery.
