Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and as the name rightly states, it breaks the long fast of the night. It also gives our metabolism a kick start and sets our energy levels right. I can't even change out of my pyjamas before I have had my muesli. I could never go out of the door on an empty stomach. Just like I would never drive a vehicle with no fuel. It doesn't make sens now does it! Yet there are so many people that never have breakfast.
Banana Patties
These patties are gluten free, dairy free and nut free. They are perfect if you have over ripe bananas lying around.

I know some people that are not keen on breakfasts and I have often told them that it is not a very good idea to start the day without filling your muscles and brain with energy.

I often make a LOT of these in one go and then freeze. I use two pans at once so that I can make two or three patties at once.
