Orange, Carrot and Ginger Juice
4. May, 2009
This is a lovely juice and one you could easily buy (overpriced, mind you) in a juice bar or a health food store as it is a classic combination. The juice is packed with vitamins C and A (Beta Carotene) which will help fight macular degeneration and it also contains antioxidants. If you don't own a juicer you can always buy orange juice and carrot juice and then grate the ginger. It is not as fresh as the real thing but if you are desperate for a juice...you can make one!
An excellent detox juice, packed with vitamins
