Biscuits are usually the 'bad buys' in terms of healthy diet. The biscuits you find in the supermarket are usually packed with trans fats, sugar and additives. They might taste divine but they sure can take a toll on peoples' health in the long run. I am a big fan of oatmeal biscuits as they are perfect for the lunchbox with a little peanut butter, jam or cheese. They contain complex carbohydrates, protein and healthy fat.
