Chicken Casseroles

My husband loves chicken casseroles but I haven't made too many for him in the past since chicken is something I don't cook without him asking me to (nicely) I never remember to buy it and therefore don't cook it often. Casseroles are always a crowd pleaser and can almost never go wrong.

If there is any meal my husband calls his absolute favourite, it's this one. Unfortunately I can't take credit for the recipe since I got it from a former employer of mine in Iceland.
