Grilled Sweet Potato Wedges
15. May, 2009
This must be the shortest recipe on this website. The ingredient's list has one ingredient only...sweet potatoes! My sister and law and my brother often serve baked, sweet potatoes with their meals and that is where I first tasted the potatoes They are so delicious and yet so simple to prepare. When baked, they almost become caramelised. We often serve this as a side dish with grilled food or to enjoy as a snack. We can eat endless amounts of baked, sweet potatoes!
A perfect side dish with every meal and an excellent snack as well!
